So Day 2 was supposed to be a day of rest but actually turned into a day of stress.
But luckily, today has started off much better. We took our 1 hour walk and stopped at the park to play for a bit. I haven't done my strength training yet. But I probably will after I finish this email.
Today's strength zone is the BUTT!
