So I went back to Harris Teeter today to return the overpriced Toilet Paper. While I was there I picked up a few more items.
Here's my order:

2 Blue Bunny Champ Cones @ $3 ea (-2 $1.50 IP x 2) FREE
Luigi's Italian Ice $1.64 (-$.50 mfc x 2)
OOP: $.74
I could have got more frozen items except my freezer is jam packed full.
