Anniversary Dinner Poll

So in a few weeks Joe and I will celebrate our 1st Anniversary. We'd like to go out for a nice dinner but I'm not sure where.
It's a toss up between Sushi or Brazilian food. And then we have to pick the restaurant... for sushi there's Sushi Thai, Shaba Shabu, Waraji and for Brazilian there's Rio Churascarria, Brasa and Chamas.
