So I got out of the habit of doing my meal plans and I can totally tell. We've spent more money, struggled to decide what to eat, not used the food we have. So I'm getting back on track starting today!
Monday - CG Cupcakes
Tuesday - Tacos
Wednesday - Out for Joe's B-day
Thursday - London Broil, Rice, Green Beans
Friday - Picnic? Orzo Salad, Sandwiches, Fruit
Saturday - Chicken Curry
Sunday - Grilled Salmon, Baked Sweet Potatoes, Salad
Monday - Mac n cheese
Tuesday - BBQ Chicken sandwiches, fries, veggie
Wednesday - Spaghetti
Thursday - Ropa Veija, Yellow Rice, Peas
Friday - Pizza
Saturday - Burritos

I feel like meal planning, although desperately needed, is SO hard for us. When I look at your meals...they are all things I would willingly eat and enjoy. Greg, however, has VERY different taste than me and it feels hard to please him with meals sometimes. At least meals that are cost effective. I need to just take the time to make a short list of things we both like enough. This would save our budget for sure and is something I have never been able to accomplish....at least not for Greg.
